Lijiang-Shangrila-Dali-Kunming

I want to go to all this places but theres is little information about the public transportation between them.
I guess I should take a bus between Lijiang and Shangri-La, how much does it cost and how much time does it take?
Then from Shangri-La to Dali another bus? how much does it cost and how much time does it take? Are there vernight buses?
Always the cheapest pric please (I'm in a tight budget)
And from Dali to Kunming I will take the train.
Buses are my problem, because there is not much info about them.
