date change problem on booking

Hello, I'm in Canada and having a big problem changing a date on my ticket.  The ticket is for a CSAir flight CZ3248 (KMG to KWL) on September 18.  The date should have been October 16.  I tried communicating by phone, but it is very difficult.  It seems that email is impossible to find.  I even tried reaching the office via Sydney, Australia  branch email, to no avail.  I'm prepared to pay the difference in price.  Please help me.  Thank you.Anton, Ottawa, Canada

Hi Anton, where did you book the ticket? online or through agent?ticket booking websites usually provide change or refund services, unless the ticket itself does not accept changing or rufunding. if you booked with an agent, you should call the agent.

First, thank you for your reply.  I did contact the agent IMMIDIATELY (no more than 10 minutes after the booking) and was told that only CSAir can change the date.  The agent was eLong.  Perhaps I was put off by an inexperienced staff?  O(n the other hand, it seems to me that CSAir is difinitely in the position to change the date.  It isn't much to ask.  Change the date from September 18 to October 16 and charge me the difference in price.If I could only get the email address of Customer Service, but it is nowehere posted!Anton

then it seems you can only contact the airlines company. have you try the English website of the CS Air? or i guess the best way is to call the ticket hotline 95539.
