Meeting international passengers from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 at PEK

We have 2 groups for our international travel, both arriving to PEK about the same time, but one arriving to Terminal 2 and the other to Terminal 3.

If I am arriving in Terminal 2, do I go through immigration at the same place as those landing at Terminal 3? I am trying to figure out the best place to meet the rest of my group who will be coming into Terminal 3.

No, you will go through the immigration in different places. Actually, it is 7-8km between the two terminals. Then I suggest the group arriving early take the free shuttle bus to the other terminal and wait for them at the public area of international arrival level.
