Visa for China if my trip is Beijing - Shanghai - Shenzhen - HK

We are going to Beijing by air for five days/five nights, then joining a cruise. Later in the cruise we spend a day in Shanghai, then disembark the ship in Hong Kong. We are then considering going to Shenzhen for a day or two. What type would we require.

Lyn, I think a double entry L type is ok. You may contact the cruise company and ask if you need to apply one for your one-day trip in Shanghai. If they say no, then a single entry L is ok. When you arrive in HK, you can apply for a VOA at the border to visit Shenzhen in one or two days.
