There is no direct bus from SH to Liupanshui. You can take a train to Liupanshui directly in around 32 hours. The trains are K79 and K739.
Or you can fly to Guiyang and then take a train for Liupanshui. The trains from Guiyang to Liupanshui is around 4 hours.0
