Is there a way to go from Quingxi to Lupanshui via Bus or train please?

For Quingxi, do you mean the Qingxi in Dongguan?
If so, you need to transfer at least once before reaching Qingxi.

From Liupanshui in Guizhou Province, you can find two trains to Guangzhou Railway Station, K1223/K1222 and K828/K829. Upon reaching GZ railway station, you can walk to either the GZ City Bus Station to take a direct bus for Qingxi. I should remember you that the train from Liupanshui to Guangzhou takes about 26 hours and 40 minutes.

If you think it costs a long time, you are suggested to fly from Guiyang to Guangzhou and then take bus for Qingxi. You can take a train from Liupanshui to Guiyang. The take the airport shuttle from GY railway station to the airport to fly to Guangzhou. Then take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to GZ railway station and walk to the GZ city bus station to take a bus for Qingxi.
