About:FAQ on China Postal Service

I'm trying I track 3 packages from china to India (RI014189010CN;RI087213718CN; RK014945310CN)

I can't understand why these 2 packages show sent to airline and then 'export custom scan' days later. Does that mean they were returne to china?

And this package has been stuck at in-custom control warehouse for the last 10 days or so. Why is that? Please help.

I guess that the first two parcels are held by the customs. The only thing you can do is to ask help from the seller. He may help you contact China Post to figure out what happened. Many foreigners tried to contact China Post abroad but failed.

Is there any reason that customs would return the packages to the origin country?

It is usually returned to China Post and then sent back to the sender.

It seems that your parcel was sent to the customs again. You should ask the seller to help you figure out what happened.
