About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Arrive PVG, dep SHA?

Is it OK to arrive into Shanghai Pudong Airport and depart from Shanghai Hongqiao under the 72 transit window? Thank you for your help!

Yes, it is allowed, but you should remember to tell your airline company that you want to enjoy the 72-hour free transit service, so that you can get a stay permit to get out of the Pudong airport.
