About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I' Italian. my journey is Rome-Beijing (ar-T3)- (dep-T3)Hong Kong. I need to do visa in Italy?

or temporary visa in Beijing airport is enough? I will arrive and depart in Terminal 3, both flights by Air China.
My luggage will directly arrive to Hong Kong?

How long do you transfer in the airport? You are eligible for 24/144 hour visa free transit. You better confirm the luggage issue with your aircompany.
