applying for a visa

Good day. DO I need a flight ticket when applying for a Z type?I'm currently working in Thailand and I need to send all my documents and passport to my mother to apply for me in South Africa as the expert bureau in Heilongjiang Province said I can't apply via Thailand.Thank you RAYA

The flight tickets is not needed for applying Z type. You need to provide your passport, your application forms with recent taken photo, invitation letter from the company in China and the work permit for applying.
