About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can you get two 72 hour visa's for two different cities?

I arrive in Beijing on July 25th. Is it possible to get a 72 hour visa for Bejing for 25th till 28th of July and after that another 72 hour for Shanghai for the 28th till 31st?

It is not allowed. If you apply the 72-hour free transit, you are only allowed to stay the city you enter. If you need to transfer twice in two cities, you are suggested to apply for a Transit one with your onward trip tickets together with your passport and application form.
