I am a Paraguayan Ailine transport Pilot, I have an offer from Spring Airlines to work in China.

Good afternoon, I want you to help me with this, I have an offer as Pilot to go through a selection process for Spring Airlines a domectic Air Carrier in China. First of all since my country Paraguay does not have Diplomaitc Relation with China, is there any way of getting a Visa to work or fly as a PIlot into this company, if the all process go well ending in a full offer to work as a PIlot for 3 or 5 years?

If you just go there for a selection, you may try to apply for F type with the offer you get.
Your country is close to Brazil and Argentina, so you can go to the nearest embassy for applying. Before applying, it is suggested to consult the both of them first. The one in Brazil is at SES-Av. das Nações,Quadra 813, Lote 51, Brasília-DF and the phone number is 005561－21958200. The one in Argentina is at CRISOLOGO LARRALDE 5349, CAP.FED. BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA with phone number as 45478100.

If you can get the job in the end, the application process will become much easier.
