About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

can I withdraw USD from a ATM in China with a USD Travel card?

I want to withdraw USD from my USD travel card which will make it easy for me to travel. Where can I withdraw USD? ATM or Bank?

Sorry, it's impossible for you to withdraw USD from ATM. You may visit the local bank like Bank of China and see if they can do this.
