Hello, for one you'd need a step up transformer. However most electronics purchased in Australia work from 220 to 250v. Also I may point out Australia doesn't use 240v it's actually 230 but at the socket you generally get about 240v this is to account for voltage drop. With this said that's the same for china so if you had a volt metre most outlets in China would be 220-230 so you consumer good's would be fine. The only thing I'd be concern with under voltage is laptop chargers but most modern laptop chargers actually work from 110v to 250v 50 and 60Hz so they are pretty smart.
Have you ever purchased like a power board and it was hard to put the plug in, well thats what it will be like in China (Their pins are ever so slightly thinner) but our aussie plugs will will 95% of the time I don't even think you can buy AS/NZ3000 (Australian/New Zealand) to GB 2099.1 (chinese) plug.
Fun fact is our plug was invented in the US and imported over here by like washing machines in the 1930s and then China adopted out plugs but upside down which is actually safer. In short, no need to bring anything just watch out for electronics that don't have the correct voltage rating (maxium min voltage can be 230)
