About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Round trip without visa for transfer in Beijing

Hello, i have a round trip ticket BUCHAREST - BJ with Aeroflot. I have to go and pick up somebody from airport and fly back Romania. I arrive at 01:00 AM in 1 august and come back 2 august at 05:50 AM I arrive and fly back from terminal 2. Is it possible to do this without a visa?

I'm afraid a transit visa is needed for ur case.

Passengers from any country transit in the airport within 24 hours are exempt from visa as long as they don't get out of the airport. But your stayover duration is more than 24 hours.

As you are Romania passport holder, you should be eligible for 72h visa free transit. However, your departing place and destination are the same, so your case doesn't meet the regulation of this policy.

That is why u need a transit visa!
