tourist visa from Perth for 14 days

hello i am an Australian citizen an wish to go to Nanning china for site seeing then yanan and on to Beijing do I need to get an L from Chinese consult or on arrival

You need to apply for a tourist L in advance from CVASC in Perth. So, first you can make an online appointment via CVASC's website.
