About:Xining

Tourist ( L Visa ) from Pakistan

We are group of 5 person and want to travel to China by ROAD from Pakistan.
We do not have any relative in china who can send us invitation letter.
It is written on the Chinese website that for L (group L) one should apply through qualified tourist operator.

i want to know that weather this tourist operator should be from Pakistan or from China .
