The taxi fare is about CNY12 to 15. You can take the train at the Harbin Railway Station to Hailin District. Then rent a car to the China Snow City.In downtown area I know a Blue Moon Muslim Resturant, which is located at No. 60 of Gongchang Street, Daoli District.It always snows in December, so you won’t miss the snow scene.
