About:Niujie Mosque

What time is Eid-ul-Fitr Prayer (Tuesday, 29 July 2014) in Beijing

I am visiting there and would like to attend Eid Prayer at Niujie Mosque. Are women allowed. Is Eid ul Fitr on Tue, July 29 - and what time? Do you have any other programs after prayer?

Last year, I saw women attended it and it is held on July 29, but the exact time is not published.
After the prayer, I saw a Halal Food Festival was held last year.
