About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

What time does the ticket office for the transportation smart card at Beijing Airport close?

I expect to arrive around 7 to 8 PM in October.

I heard the card can be bought at the ticket office of Airport Express train, which doesn't stop service until 23:00 or around. For the exact info, you'd better consult further. Anyway, good luck with that!
