About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Hi good day, I have a temporary job(2 weeks) which needs to be done in Hong Kong.

Can my supplier send their china mainland Chinese managers up here to do it ? They do have their travel pass and passport.

Other than a letter head from my company address as an invitation what other documents does the Chinese need ?

Thanks in anticipation

Does your company has a branch in HK?
If so, you need to ask the branch to provide an invitation letter for the Chinese manager to go in HK.
For the manager, he needs to go to their local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to get visa for HK with the invitation letter.
