can i apply for visa marriage cert. authentication at the same time?

Pls i wanna know whether i can apply for it and at the  same time apply for marriage cert authentication.  I just wanna put them together as one document but it gonna be visa application and marriage certificate authentication.  Thanks.

I think you can apply them together. I suggest you to take both of them to go to the embassy and then you can consult with the officers there for exact information at the embassy.
