Australian passport staying in Singapore with EP wants to apply for visa for China

I have a Singapore EP living in Singapore
I hold an Australian passport
I need for business consulting in Hangzhou city a multientry type

You can apply a F type from the CVASC in Singapore with your passport, application form, invitation letter and your EP.
