About:China Transit Visa

Hi i am from norway and having a stop at beijing airport when traveling to australia. do i need a visa?

The stop is for 7 hours..

You mean your transfering is Norway - Beijing - Australia? If so, you can enjoy the free transit in the airport.

Yes im just transfering but i noticed that Norway is not on the list.. Will i be able to leave the airport? Just wondering as i have 7 hours to spend..

Although it is not on the list of 72-hour free transit countries, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit. You only stay there for around 7 hours, so you just need to apply for a stay permit at the airport with your passport and your onward flight ticket if you plan to get out of the airport.
