About:China Business Visa

Can I get a visa for China for a year (M-type with duration of each stay 90 days) in Cebu City, if I am a citizen of Russia.

If you work, study or a resident of Cebu, you can try to apply for it with your related staying permit in Philippines. If you stay in that country temporarily, you are suggested to apply for M type in Russia, otherwise, you may not easily get M type in Philippines.
