Have an expired M type business visa. Can I get visa on arrival to Guangdong?

Hi, I plan a business trip for 4 days, next week. My passport issued by Indonesia and I have an expired M type business visa from 2017 trip. My plan is taking direct flight Jakarta-Guangzhou-Jakarta . I kind a need urgent response and I need to make sure that I can get the visa on arrival. Can I get visa on arrival or should I apply new visa ?

Olivisa, if you are only going to Shenzhen in Guangdong, you can get the visa on arrival. But for other places in Guangdong, you may need to apply for a new visa in advance.
