Booking ticket seperately is possible for enjoy this policy.
If your transfering time is within 72 hours and you can show your visa to your destination country and your connecting ticket, you can enjoy this policy.

You do not need to contact the company, but just tell the staff when you board and fill a form so that the airline will be able to send your information to the airport before your landing. The permit will be issued when you arrive at the airport showing your passport and leaving ticket.
