E-ticket to from Guangzhou to Hong Kong

Hello,
We want to book train tickets from Guangzhou-HK both ways. We don't know on which hotel we will stay.
Is there anyway to get the ticket on e-mail? When I tried to book the tickets the only alternatives were to get them mailed to a hotel or a private address.
