I will be staying in Mercure Hotel near Dawanglu subway station in Beijing. how far is summer palace from there

The Summer Palace is about 28 kilometers from the hotel. you can walk to that station to take the subway line 1 and get off at Xidan station. Then transfer to line 4 and get off Beigongmen Station. you should get out from the Exit A1.0
