About:China Tourist Visa

Business and Tourism Visa

We are two people going to China for two weeks, 8 days as tourists, 6 days for one of us to attend a conference for university (he is a student) while I continue to do tourist things. Should we apply for a business or a tourist type?

You can apply for a L type and for the other, he can apply for a F if he has a invitation letter from the conference. But if he does't have it, a tourist L is ok, however, make sure not mention the "purpose of meeting" in the application form.
