About:Mount Huashan

Hi. I'm visiting Huashan for 1 1/2 day but I'm staying in a hotel near the west gate of the mountain

I'd like to ask for a suggested route. I will be arriving at the mountain at noon on the first day and have a whole other day. Would you suggest a route like this:

1st day (1/2 day): West gate - Thousand foot precipe- North peak - climb the steps down to east gate. (all hiking and no cable car)
2nd day (full day) : cable car to west peak - south peak - middle peak - east peak - north peak - east gate

Is this a good route if i'm not staying in the mountain? Is the time enough to do all the mentioned trail in each day?

If you have other suggestion, please share it with me :)

Many thanks :) :)

Hey, well done! The plan is totally doable and time would be sufficient. But you might get very tired with a tight-schedule trekking, especially for the first half day's plan.

I suggest you take along bottled water and some snackes even food by yourself, because the price of these things in the mountain is much higher. Do pay attention to the weather forecast before travel to well package. Hope you will have a good trip!
