What time do the ticket collection offices open in the morning?

My daughter and I are arriving at Beijing airport at 00:20 and we have booked a ticket to Bedeihai that leaves Beijing South Station at 8:42am.
I would like to make sure we are going to be able to collect our tickets with sufficient time to catch the train.
