Hello, I might need to go to China next month.  Can I apply for a 3 month single entry visitor one at the Bern embassy?  I have a B permit.  If so how much would it cost?  Would I also be able to send someone on my behalf to submit the application and collect my passport in the end?Thank you in advance for answering my queries.

Yes, you can apply in Bern if your B permit was issued within the consular districts of Chinese embassy. Fee is 80CHF under regular processing. You can entrust someone else to handle your application.
