About:How to Apply for a China Visa

im almost 2 months over stay in china my employer did not arrange my visa untill now. what is the

finaltry if the police catch me? im still working untill now.

Hi, the fine will be RMB10000 for overstaying. I am afraid you will be banned from visiting China again for next 5 years.
