where can i renew my chinese passport in toronto?please respond as soon as possible!

Hi, you need to visit the Chinese consulate in Toronto in person for application of passport renewal.

Not true, they do no accept applications at the Chinese consulate in Toronto you must book a appointment on line and so far I have been unable to find the site for booking appointments
