Traveling to Hong Kong from Shenzhen

I'm staying in Shenzhen for 2 months for business, it is my first time in China.

Can I obtain a multiple entries China permit for traveling to Hong Kong or Macau on the weekends?

No, this is impossible. I am not sure which type you hold now for the stay in Shenzhen. But if it is a single entry, you can not return back to mainland China once you leave for HK or Macao.
