About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

Can the palestinian authority passport obtain a visa upon arrival in Shanghai ?

if not what should i do since i read "i have 6 days for tourists traveling in a group organised by a Chinese international tour" ..how can i do it ?

You cannot get a visa on arrival and you need to apply in advance according to the policy.
