About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a Palestinian passport. Do I need a transit visa for a 13-hour layover in Hong Kong?

Traveling from Toronto to Bali, with a layover in Hong Kong. Will I need a transit visa to stay in the Hong Kong airport for 13 hours?

Up to 48 hours if you stay in the transit area at Hong Kong Airport.

Visa required, except for Passengers with a confirmed onward
(Air-to-Air or Air-to-Sea) ticket to a third country within 48
hours. They must stay in the international transit area and
have documents required for the next destination.
