Can you use Mastercard in Fuzhou, is there good shopping malls there, and is Shangri La hotel good?

For shopping, it is suggested to go to Dongjiekou area, where you can find many shopping malls.
The local Shangri-la Hotel is a pretty good one. It is in the city center with convenient transportation system.30Reply
