1.should the visa application forms be filled with ink ?2. With respect to the signature should the applicant sign with an ink? 3.Is V.2013 forms different from V.3013

Kwasi, you'd better fill the form online and print it out. Chinese embassies no longer accpet hand-written forms. By the way, the new edition application form Form V.2013 has been released. All applications should use the new form instead of previous versions. However, I never heard of 3013 version application form.
