Where's the festival being held?I want to see the colorful lantern and sculpture there in Jan'15. How is it compare to Harbin?

A variety of activities are held during the festival in many venues and the main venue is local Songhua Lake and the rime can be seen at the Rime Island at the lower reach of Songhua Lake. Usually, it starts from late Dec. lasting till end of Feb. in the next year.
