Jilin Ice and Rime Festival
Do you know when the festival begins this year? I will be going there for the weekend of December 23-25 and was hoping there will be festivities going on for those days. Last year I went to Harbin for the Snow Festival at the same time in December and, although some sculptures weren't finished, you could still go in and check them out. I am hoping it's the same situation here. Thanks.
