My Family and I will be in Jilin on 15-17 Dec 2018. Where can we see Rime in Mid December? Thank you.

From mid-December to February, Jilin celebrates International Rime Ice and Snow Festival each year.  The best place to see rime is Rime Island, located at Zengtong Village, Tuchengzi County, Jilin City, which is a island on the Songhua River.
