Tourist Pass in HK

So... Please advice which card is the most suitable during my stay in HK?

I stay 4D3N. I'll take bus directly to my hotel.
My first day is visiting relative in Tin Shui Wai.
Then the places I possible to visit are
Tsim Tsa Shui, victoria peak, disneyland, some shopping area in mongkok or kowloon.
Last day I will depart to Macau.

I travel with my parents, mom age 63, pap 68, and my son 2 years and 11 months.
And... Will there any refund if i dont spend as much as the balance when i purchase the pass?
