i need schedules for changsha bus routes # 135148. how late do they run?

Question

Will they be running at 10pm at night?Does anyone know how often they run? Every hour? Every 15 minutes?If I arrive at CS South rail station at 10:01 at night, can I take the bus and make my train at CS Station at 11:43 at night? Is it enough time?If not,how much should a taxi be? Will it be easy to get one (at a good price)?Thank you.

Line 135 operates till 23:30, while Line 148 runs till 18:30.The exact headway is not clear, but it is around 10 to 15 minutes in geneal. The time is so tight and almost hard to reach the railway station at 11:43. If you want to reach in time, you are suggested to take a taxi with the fare around 30RMB.
