Do you mean Wuzhou in Guangxin Province?
If so, the buses from Shenzhen Qiaoshe Bus Station will reach Wuzhou directly without a stop on the way. The buses are at 08:30, 12:00, 14:30 and 18:30.0

The air-condition bus takes around 6 to 7 hours and the bus fare is around 170RMB per person.
The returning time as I know are around at 08:30, 12:00, 16:20 and 23:30. This timetable is for your reference, but for the more exact one, you are suggested to consult the bus station directly.0
