About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

flight Frankfurt - Beijing - Guangzhou -Beijing - Luxembourg with 72 hours free transit in Guangzhou

I'm Ukrainian. Want to flight Frankfurt - Beijing - Guangzhou -Beijing - Luxembourg with 72 hours free transit in Guangzhou. Am I allowed to do this? And second question, I just sow in one internet source that it's allowed during 72-hour transit visa exemption to move around within the administration precincts of Guangdong province, not only Guangzhou city. Is that true? Many thanks for support!

Hi, above itinerary does not apply to 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou. So you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance for this visit.

Because you can only transit via ONE eligible city in China for this free transit. You fly via both Beijing and Guangzhou, so it does not qualify. It is not direct transit actually.
