how to collect the tickets

I choose to pick up my tickets at the train station in Xi'an. How exactly do I do that? What code do I need and where do I have to go in the train station?

You can take your original passport and the order number to go to Xian Railway Station to get your train ticket from the No. 1 Ticket Office (on east square). I remember there is a Engish service counter, but I cannot remember which one it is. So it is suggested to go to the railway station to look for directly.
