About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

What is required for a work permit?

Hi, I am from Belgium and am going to work in China for 3 years.

What documents are required to obtain a work permit - Do i provide them or does the employer in China provide them?

Do these documents need to be translated/legalised/notarised?

Hi, you need to send a copy of your passport, degree certificate and resume to the employer for application of work permit. This is not needed to be legalised or notarrised.
