Travel Pass with One HK Airport Express Single Journey OR Two Airport Express Single Journey ?

Which Octopus card i should buy if i go four (2kids+wife+me)? Stay in Mongkok 5D4N, then to Macau. Fly back home from Macau.

You are suggested to buy the pass with one express single journey since you do not use the airport express to HKIA.
